Do I have to complete an Inquiry form?

Inquiry forms are highly recommended, especially for new clients. By filling out the online Inquiry form for your desired service, we can better understand your needs and it saves us time from having long consultations and emails. Some services have a required Inquiry form attached to them before you can add the service to your cart.

Do I have to have a consultation?

The initial consultation is also highly recommended, especially for new clients. This helps us to better understand your needs and to ensure that we are a great fit for your business needs before you make your investment. You do not have to have one, unless stated otherwise for your specific service request. It is recommended on a case by case basis.

What do I need to get started?

Before we can begin working on your project, you will need to submit these things to us first: Your logos, high quality professional images, product photos, a color palette and all necessary copy (ex. Captions, text, product descriptions, contact information, bios, business hours, product pricing, menus, policies, services offered, etc).

Be sure to edit and proofread all materials for grammatical errors. Copyediting is available for an additional charge.

You will also need to have submitted your payment for the service. You will also receive an Onboarding packet with documents to be reviewed and signed.

How do we submit materials to you for the project?

All project submissions (photos, copy, graphics, pricelists, etc.) should be submitted via email to Teallotuscreative@gmail.com

Be sure to include your name or business name in the header.
Ex. "[Business name] Submission"

When will my project begin?

We will begin working on your project only after all of the necessary items and signed documents have been received via email and after your payment has been made. Once you get a confirmation email from our team, your project will begin. Please be advised that missing items and payment will push the estimated completion deadline back significantly.

What are your hours of operation?

Our business hours are Monday through Friday from 9am-5pm EST.
Closed on weekends and holidays.
Also closed for sick leave when necessary.

How long does it take for a response?

Please allow 24-48 business hours for a response from our team.

Can you write the policies for my website?

Unfortunately, we ask that business owners write their own policies. However, if you send us the typed policies we will happily add them to your website for you. Copyediting is available for an additional charge. However, we do not offer Copywriting services at this time.

Is the Initial Consultation really free?

Yes. The first consultation is free, additional consultations are for a cost.

What If I don't have any high quality professional pictures?

We highly recommend getting high quality professional pictures before getting started with your project. These images tend to look better with the graphics and we want your work to look polished.

Payments

When are payments due?

Payments for all services are due prior to beginning services on a project.

Which method of payments do you accept?

We accept payments directly on our website from Apple Pay, Klarna, VISA, MasterCard, AmEx, Affirm and Google Pay through our secure SSL checkout.

Do you offer any Retainer services?

Yes, we offer a 3 month retainer service for certain services. We also offer a month to month payment option for select services.

Do you have a Referral Program?

Of course! When you refer a friend, both parties will receive a coupon code for future use. Just make sure that the person you referred mentions your name on their Inquiry Form so you both can get credit.

How can I redeem a coupon code?

Please remember that every project requires different amounts of work which will affect the actual deadlines. These are rough estimates. All express turnaround time fees are non-refundable.

Virtual Assistant service estimated turn around times are on a case by case basis.

Refund Policy

No refunds offered. Please see your contract agreement for further details.

What If I would like some revisions made to my project?

We allow one round of revisions to be made, under the discretion of the company. If you are still not satisfied, then we may allow you to pay for an additional round of revisions. Make sure that the request is typed all in one email.

Please allow 3 business days for revisions to be completed.
