  • The organization of a client's database such as Google Drive, DropBox or OneDrive.

Virtual Assistant- Specialized

Services starting at $45/hour

  • Light research of competitors, as well as compiling potential target audience demographics.

  • Creating a content calendar, posting on social media platforms* and social media listening, etc. Client must provide copy for social media captions/posts and for comments/messaging.

  • Managing a contact list and sending out e-newsletters, etc. Client must provide all copy and graphics. We will not write the e-newsletter. We will arrange the content for the e-newsletter and make sure it's scheduled and sent out on time.

  • Includes a social media audit, a customized campaign strategy, social media ads (Meta and Linked In) and a monthly analytical report with ad performance insights, A/B testing, etc.
